Goldenseal rhizomes are a brilliant orange color due to containing the alkaloid Berberine, they have an extremely bitter taste, and have a cup-like scar that resembles an old wax seal, hence the name “Golden Seal”. Goldenseal is an At-Risk plant and should not be wild harvested. Our extract is made from sustainably cultivated forest grown goldenseal.
Ingredients: forest grown Goldenseal fresh rhizome, rootlets, and leaf (Hydrastis canadensis)
Also Contains: Organic cane alcohol 65%, filtered spring water
Suggested Use: Take 10 drops (0.3 mL) in 1oz of water up to 3 times per day
Not for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
