A delicious hawthorn leaf, flower, and berry elixir made from a bountiful hawthorn grove on our mountain property in West Virginia. We harvest and extract the leaves and flowers in late May or early June, and the berries in September. The honey is from healthy beehives on our farm in Southeastern Ohio.
