Our late spring honey is primarily made from the blooms of blackberry, wild black raspberry, autumn olive, black locust, and clover. This honey is a rich gold color and has a wonderful floral flavor. Great for eating straight out of the jar, and all uses in between!
Our honey is 100% raw. Never heated or pasteurized, and always gravity filtered to preserve the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and flavors that make each seasons harvest unique.
