This is an early summer honey primarily made from the fragrant blooms of the Autumn olive shrubs, tulip poplar, clover, and blackberry that grow in the fields and forests of Equinox Sanctuary. This honey is amber in color, and has a delicious flavor. Great for eating straight out of the jar, and all uses in between!
Our honey is 100% raw. Never heated or pasteurized, and always gravity filtered to preserve the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and flavors that make each seasons harvest unique.
